I agree to abide by the Bye Laws and Technical Regulations of British Cycling, and understand and agree that I participate in this event entirely at my own risk, that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards, and that I must ride in a manner which is safe to myself and others. I am aware that when riding on a public highway the function of marshals is only to indicate direction and that I must decide whether the movement is safe. I agree that no liability whatsoever shall attach to the promoter, promoting club/Organisation, event sponsor, British Cycling or any event official or member of British Cycling or member of the promoting club /organisation in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me in or by reason of the event however caused. I will participate in cycling events in a loyal or sporting manner. I will submit to disciplinary measures taken against me and will take any appeals and litigation to the authorities provided for in the Regulations. Subject to that reservation, I shall submit to any dispute that may arise exclusively to the courts. I have read and agree to abide by the above declarations

The big new ride with the small name in the tiniest of counties. We bring back much of the original Rutland and Vale of Belvoir cyclosportive first run in 2007. They say you can't get more typically English than in these parts. With the 2010 rendition venturing further afield into several other counties the routes of gently undulating climbs and descents wend their way through exquisitely beautiful English countryside. Rolling harvested fields, vivid autumn grassland, and the golds, ambers and reds of deciduous woodland. It's not mountainous and its not flat either - so the riding is inviting yet achievable or as challenging as you make it. That's the essence of The Verenti Rut - Get stuck in!

Our online entry process is simple, slick, safe and secure. Just log-in with your KILO TO GO account credentials or sign-up with your basic details and entering is then a few clicks away. Our web entry fees have been kept low for this year's recession beating events and don't forget, with KILO TO GO you're riding a full-on sportive with NEG safety marshals, chip timing, feedstations, recovery, rider support etc etc. Also with KILO TO GO the on-line entry prices you see are the prices you pay - no hidden admin charges or booking fees. When you have entered you're instantly confirmed and entered onto the official list of participant here on our web-site. It's also possible to enter with a good old fashioned postal entry form if you wish, download here
